Non-surgical work is where most patients start. Done well, it is quiet: better skin quality, softened lines, restored structure where volume has been lost — without anyone being able to name what changed. Done badly, it is obvious. The difference is nearly always restraint and anatomical planning rather than product volume.
All injectable treatments at Pearl are performed by a qualified medical practitioner using licensed, traceable products. We assess the whole face before treating any single area, because a line is often the symptom of a structural change somewhere else.
