Gender-affirming surgery is delivered here to WPATH Standards of Care. That means assessment, informed consent and — where required for surgery — supporting documentation from a qualified mental health professional. We can advise on what documentation is needed and when.
Consultations are conducted with the name and pronouns you use, without gatekeeping questions that are not clinically relevant. Surgical planning is individual: chest and body proportion, existing tissue, prior hormone therapy and your own stated goals all shape the technique chosen.
