Breast Lift with Auto-Augmentation

The procedure begins with a mastopexy (breast lift), which involves removing excess skin and repositioning the nipple and areola to a higher, more youthful location. Following this, the surgeon identifies and isolates the IMAP flap—a small amount of breast tissue and skin situated at the breast crease. This tissue is carefully elevated, repositioned, and secured to the upper pole of the breast, adding fullness and projection.
